Our stainless steel perforated cable tray is made for routes where zinc-coated steel is not enough. Stainless steel resists corrosion through its own composition, not through a surface coating, so there is nothing to wear off, and cut edges and punched holes stay protected. The perforated base keeps cables ventilated and easy to fix, which makes this tray a dependable choice for coastal sites, chemical and food-processing plants, and other demanding environments.
Key Features
- Corrosion resistance through the material: no coating to chip or wear, so cut edges and hole walls stay protected
- Two grades: SS304 for general corrosion resistance, and SS316 where chlorides, salt spray, or harsher chemicals are present
- Hygienic and easy to clean: a smooth stainless surface suits food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and clean-process areas
- Strong across a wide temperature range: stainless steel keeps its strength better at high temperature than many other tray materials
- Ventilated, easy-access base: perforations let heat escape and let cable ties be fixed anywhere along the run
- Complete system: matching bends, risers, tees, reducers, covers, splice plates, and stainless steel hardware can be supplied

Good to Know
- Use stainless steel hardware: carbon steel bolts and brackets can cause rust stains and corrosion where they touch stainless tray, so match the hardware to the tray
- Keep the surface clean: iron particles from cutting or tools can cause surface rust spots, so use stainless-grade tools and clean cut areas after cutting
- Grounding: stainless steel is electrically conductive, but bonded joints and connections should still be checked and tested after installation
