Our hot-dip galvanized (HDG) perforated cable tray is made for cable routes that face weather, moisture, and industrial air. After the tray is fabricated, it is dipped in molten zinc, so the zinc covers every surface, including the edges, the walls of the punched holes, and the inside of the side rails. The perforated base keeps cables ventilated and easy to fix, while the zinc layer gives the steel long-lasting protection with little maintenance.

Choose hot-dip galvanized tray for outdoor, humid, and industrial routes, where the zinc must protect every edge and last for years. For dry indoor routes, pre-galvanized tray is a lower-cost option. If your site is strongly corrosive, such as coastal or chemical, ask us about stainless steel.
