Our cable tray support frame is a welded steel frame with a base angle and three upright posts, each with slotted holes along its length. The base angle is fixed to a floor, a wall, or a structure through its mounting holes, and the tray, cantilever arms, or cross members attach to the uprights through the slots, at the height and spacing the route needs. The slots let the fixing points be set and changed on site, so one frame can serve different tray heights and tray widths. The frame shown has a clean powder-coated finish [confirm the finish of the product you supply].

Key Features
- Welded one-piece frame: the three uprights are welded to the base angle, so the frame arrives ready to fix, with no loose parts to assemble [confirm]
- Slotted uprights: long slots let tray, arms, or cross members be fixed at different heights and adjusted on site
- Wide, stable base: the base angle spreads the load and fixes down with several mounting holes
- Angle steel construction: angle sections give good stiffness for their weight
- Finish options: [confirm: powder coated, pre-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy]
- Fits our tray: works with ladder, perforated, and trough tray
- Customizable: height, base length, number of uprights, slot layout, thickness, and finish made to your drawings

Where to Use It
- Plant rooms, switch rooms, and equipment rooms
- Routes with no ceiling or wall nearby, such as plant floors and yards
- Risers and low-level tray runs along a floor
- Tunnels and utility corridors
- Any run where the tray is supported from below or the side, instead of hung from above
Support Frame or Hanger?
| Support frame | Ceiling hanger | |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed to | Floor, wall, or structure at the base | Ceiling or structure above |
| Best for | Low or mid-height runs, no overhead structure | Runs in open ceiling space |
| Height adjustment | On site, through the slots | Set by rod length |
| Floor space | Takes some floor space at the base | No floor space |
Good to Know
- Check the base: the floor, slab, or wall must carry the load, and the anchor must suit the base material
- Follow the load data: the safe load depends on the upright height, section, and fixing, so use the manufacturer's data for the exact frame you order
- Brace tall frames: tall or heavily loaded frames may need bracing or a wall tie, as the design requires
- Match the material: use hardware suited to the frame and the environment, to avoid corrosion at the contact
- Paint damage: scratches and drilled holes in a coated frame should be touched up, and a coated frame needs a bonding connection that reaches the bare metal, tested according to your project specification
- Space as designed: frame spacing along the run comes from your project design and the tray load data
